With the XLogics Shipping Center main component XTrace XLogics offers a highly innovative order management platform. Queries may regarding ordering data, production data, and distribution data, are consolidated in one system and are available not only for customer service queries, but also for reporting, statistics and analysis. All steps within the ordering, production and distribution process, i.e. the life cycle of an order can be documented and monitored. Complicated relations between bulk shipments and single parcel status events are combined and can be searched based on your internal references e.g. order number for your B2C and B2B logistics.

Queries of data to the track and trace systems of the respective carriers can be triggered automatically at freely defined times. You thus have updated delivery status information in your system automatically. Dependent on the tracking systems of the carriers, PODs (signature of the recipient) can also be automatically downloaded and saved to the hard drive. Manual queries to the carriers’ different tracking systems are no longer necessary. XTrace is also available as an ASP version.
