The component Smart Shipping Client (SSC), installed on one or more work stations, is connected via “XSC File Interface” to the ERP system and works as a front end of the XPack Black Box Server. Based on your working process, the SSC will be preconfigured to optimize the dispatch process.

Choose your dispatch process from three different ways of generating your shipments:

• Manual Handling: Enter your shipping data manually as well as choose the parcel product and services.

• Semi-Automated Process: Generate shipments by entering an ERP-internal reference by scan or keyboard.

• Full-Automated Process: The SSC automatically detects new shipments from the ERP and creates the labels.

As a matter of course, the SSC provides all classical functionalities a logistics application should include. Whether generating shipping labels, manifesting, cancelling shipments, automated transfer of EDI messages or a clearly arranged overview of waiting shipments, the SSC is one of the easiest and most convenient solution which optimizes your dispatch process.
